Hey Everyone,

We are sorry for the lack of posting.  Today though, we had a really fun activity.  We got to use the scooter, and wheelchair. :)  That was definitely a high-light of the day!  It was so fun.

We got to learn traffic rules, and how to be safe... we didn't have helmets, so it is kind of contradicting, but it was still a good lesson. ;0

Unfortunately,there were only 2 things (a scooter and a wheelchair), so one of us had to watch.  We got to help Rachel and it felt so good to be helping our sister.

Rachel on the scooter (and me helping) and Jess trying out the wheelchair.  "How can you stand this Rachel?", asked Jess.  "I don't know.  I just don't know any different I guess.", replied Rachel!  Definitely a great conversation going on there. :)

I hope you enjoyed the photos. :)  Today was definitely fun.  That might have been the most fun day I have had at camp this week.  Unfortunately camp is over on Sunday and I haven't heard anything about extending it. :(

Love it! I love the scooter and I would like to know, Where did you get Rachel's wheelchair? I would like to find a nice-priced wheelchair for my dolls.

Hi Grace,

Rachel's wheelchair actually is from American Girl. It was a hand-me-down to me. I got it when I was about 9, and I think it was already around 15 years old.

American Girl sells wheelchairs (that aren't too overpriced). They used to be purple, now they are red. I think they are like $24.
