Hey Everyone,
I am sure you all know that we have tried many different ideas, and none of them I don't think will every be as fun as this one!  Priya has suggested a Guess that Picture idea to me, and I really liked it. 

I will TRY to post a new blurred, or pixelated photo every week, and your job is to, well... guess what the original photo was.  I will make sure to post photos that you will have seen in a catalog (AG), or on my webpage... Please comment and let me know how you like this new activity, and take a stab at the photo.  It would be no fun if only Priya participated!  Here is this week's photo:

Hey Everyone,
I have decided that trying to post every weekend can get hard at this time of the year.  I think it would be best for you to look on my "What am I doing" on the side that I have moved up on Saturday.  I will let you know on Saturday if I will be able to post that specific weekend and when I plan on doing it.  I also sometimes post on twitter during the week and you can check there for mini updates. :D

Here is Marisol in a cafe with a snowy window behind her.  I have gotten the last 2 images from Google Images and seem to be able to find what I am looking for there.

  I will be seeing Kat (my photo taking partner) soon and we can take some more photos and then I c.  I also will be taking some over winter break as well.

The brown was suppose to be the floor... clearly that didn't come out perfectly.  Oh well.  If anyone else has any more photo ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Everyone,

I thought I would share with you today a few photos of a new doll I recently got.  Her name is Nischi and she is from Paradise Galleries.  She was going to be a Christmas present but I ended up gtting her early and she is adorable.  The best thing is that she is weighted like a real baby!  Her head is droopy and you do have to support it; and her body is also fairly heavy.  Her finger nails even have white on them... it truly is adorable.

I love her deatiled features... and her eyes really do look Asian.  They really are hand crafted.

I love the little ribbon...  She really does look like a real baby; and feels about the same.  She weighs about 2 pounds.

I apologize for not posting over Thanksgiving.  The weekend before; Weebly wasn't acting very well with my plans... and I meant to log back on but forgot to.  If anyone has any ideas; please feel free to leave a comment.  I am beginning to run out of ideas and am having to take photos on Sunday because I don't have any ideas left!

Hey Everyone,
I can't believe I managed to post a Show and Tell Wednesday on my blog!  Go check it out!

This week I have 2 more photos to share with you.  Again- these are digitally edited, which is why they aren't quite perfect. :D  It's amazing how much you can do digitally.

One of the photos is Kanani with her Luau set.  This photo you may remember from last spring... but notice how the background has changed to a hot pink!  The other photo is 3 of my dolls walking into school.

I will be doing more editing over the week and will be posting 2 new photos next weekend.  My goal is also to have a video clip of how to use Photoshop because it is a hard program to figure out.  Although I used it in a Digital Media Class last year, I did forget a lot over the summer and had to regain it all again... which is a bummer.

I think my new GOAL is going to be to post 2 NEW photos every weekend.  I don't think I can do a ton, but this way I don't need to have a ton either!

This weekend my friend came over and we took a TON of photos.  I digitally edited some.  Here are 2 of them!!

Hey Everyone,
Sorry for not posting until so late on Sunday.  I really meant to post photos earlier, I just couldn't decide what to post!! 

Here are some more photos from Chicago.  These photos are the photos from driving into town (so the tall buildings) and the sundae I got at the Westin!.  I think the link I included is correct.  I am on Internet Explorer and I can't do tabs (way too slow).  I will check later and let you know if the link's wrong.  

 

2 undecorated ice cream scoops.  Can you see the sprinkles we spilt?   Thankfully I still had enough.

Here are teh sundaes decorated!  There's oreo bits, chocolate syrup (I tried to spoon out the rest... not too tasty), and sprinkles... OH and ice cream. :D

Hey Everyone,
I am finally posting on my site during the week.  Ironically it is a Wednesday yet, I am not posting a Show and Tell Wednesday!  Oh well.  Maybe next week. 

Anyway, I thought I would share with you some photos from Chicago.  I can't believe we have only been home for a few days and I am getting around to posting.  I know... I'm finally going straight and not driving on the curb! ha. ;0)

Anyway- here are some photos:

Above are the photos on the "Celebrate you" screen.  The photo is from 2011.  I love my smile in that photo.  I had just had Marisol's hair braided before these pictures!

Here I am in Kanani's life size stand.  I wish I had had Kanani here.  I didn't know they had a stand fo her!!  That was so cool that they had a large version of the same stand Kanani has.

My favorite place of all (besides American Girl Place).... is the aquarium.  I love dolphins, and I would love to be a dolphin trainer, but there is way to much science and biology involved.  Oh well.  I can still go to Sea World or Dolphin Encounter in Hawaii and swim with them one day. ;0)  Anyway; this is a stop every time we go to Chicago.  We were fortunate enough to be able to stop here on our way out of town.  I am so glad we did too.  I have a story for that, but it will have to wait until the weekend!

Ok.  Those are just SOME photos I took in Chicago.  I still have to take photos of all the things I got at AG Place... no I didn't go crazy.  I just got a few things.  We were even able to come home to Ohio in 1 bag. ;0)

Hey Everyone,
Today, I thought I would share a photo of Loran and Jabrai in their fall outfits.  Even though they aren't played with much, they are greatly loved!  I also am going to need YOUR help in making a BIG decision! Read further please (below the pic and caption).  Just make a comment and there is NO login required to leave a message. 

Loran and Jabrai Fall 2011.  Loran's outfit actually came from Toys "R" Us!  It was in the baby section, and it's size 0-3 months.  The pants are really big in the waste (I'll take those in), and the shirt is really lose, but we safety pinned it in the back.
