Unfortunately, I have gone once again almost a whole six months without posting.  School has kept me busy, and on school vacations, I just want to sit back and do absolutely nothing! 

School starts in just another week, but I am making a point to post once over this break.  I would like to take the opportunity to announce that I have gotten a new addition to my doll family.  My mom and I have wanted this doll for a while, and so we decided to name her Holly.   

While I was looking through emails for [email protected], I found a bunch from Weebly telling me I had comments.  I checked out the comments, and they were almost all spam, or they looked like spam.  If your comment got marked as spam, and it wasn't, I apologize.  I have reset the settings on all the "blog" pages, including Ideas for Lily and the Guest Book, so that I have to approve comments before they will be posted.  I hope this will help fix the problem, but it will mean that you don't see your comment when you post it. 

I took this picture last spring, but my internet would not cooperate with me, and so I was unable to post it.  I just found it tonight.  Rachel really likes this outfit because it's comfy, and it fits her really well (the older dolls are a little bigger than the newer dolls, so the newer clothing usually fits kind of tightly).  You will see her in this outfit in some of the future posts on this website.  I am determined to be more active in the "doll world" in 2014.

Ok- I have been really bad at sharing anything on here.  I have gotten a Facebook and twitter for my closest family and friends, and so now, I'm never on here.  I got an iPad for my birthday and what do I take pictures of, my cat!  I know, I could take pictures for the site, and then post them very easily!  Ok, enough excuses.  My summer's been going really well, and I will say it, I've just ignored the site!  I'll try to get a post together before the end of the month!

I got an email yesterday from American Girl, that Molly McIntire, and Emily Bennett are being retired.  Molly has been in the AG collection since 1986, when American Girl first began.  I really hate that soon, they are retiring the third and last original American Girl doll.  I'm going to take one last peak at her collection and make sure there's nothing that I want. :)

Sorry I haven't posted photos in a week.  I'll aim for this weekend. :)  I'll let you know once I have posted something.

I'm so excited that it's summer time. :)  Some of my dolls decided to put on a fashion show in their summer time outfits!  I hope more pictures will be coming later this week... maybe some outside since the weather in SW Ohio has been GORGEOUS for this time of year!  It feels so good to be back. :)

As I sit here reading my last blog post, I realized that I have totally failed (again) with my every two week commitment.  March was more than stressful with Ohio Graduation Tests, and the start of fourth quarter.

I recently got a new outfit for my doll Rachel.  It's really cute.  My dolls really need some spring clothes, but it takes SO long to change 23 dolls, so they might have to suffer until summertime. 

I will post at least one picture either today or tomorrow (with hopefully more to come).

American Girl has a new accessory for dolls.  The Starry Doll Holder.  It's just like the holders at American Girl Place in the bathrooms.  It's $24, and it would be wonderful if you only have 1 or 2 dolls. :)  (With over 20, I'd have dolls all over my room, and I'd still need shelves).

American Girl also has the new trail bike ($100) and the pet trailer.  I think these products are really cool, and if I didn't already have a bike for my dolls (Julie's bike), and more room, I'd consider buying the bike. 

Are you going to ask for any of these items for your birthday, or a holiday?  If you get either of these items (or any item or outfit), I'd love to see pictures.

School has been keeping me busy, but I think my semester will slow down in 3 more weeks!

My mom decided to get Kit's kitchen last fall, and my friend Kat and I recently took pictures with it.

I decided to tell you some of the things that I like (and don't like) about it.  I really like the size of the stove, the oven with the flames and the canning stuff that comes with it.  But I don't like how the tomatoes are all in one piece, and that the side with the oven has no storage.  If you tap on the side, you can hear that it's hollow.  I think there could be a "trap door" that can be used to store the tomatoes, and canning supplies.

Anyway, here are some pictures that we took, and I hope to take some more in the future.

I love the canning accessories that come with the kitchen.  The pitcher on the top is ours, that doesn't come with the kitchen.

I hope to use some of these pictures in a photo story sometime soon.  School has been really busy, and so any minute of down time I get, is spent relaxing. :)

This weekend marks the 4 year anniversary of my webiste!!!!!!!!!!!  Anyway, I am working on adding photos to my website, and keeping to my every other week goal.  I haven't quite made the goal, but I'm closer than I've been in a while.  This weekend, I had a friend over and we took a bunch of pictures for the website.  Here's on of the more silly pictures.  Which item definitely does not belong at the table in North America? 

I also drew the name for the Give Away winner today.  The winner for the Give Away from September and October is KASSIDY!!!  I'll send you a personal email, since I'm sure you've given up on me (I don't blame you), and if you're no longer interested, that's ok.

I haven't been too busy this semester, and I hope it stays that way.  I plan on posting new photos soon.  It's great to be back posting again!
